Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026.
This policy explains what information evelynlee.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Evelyn Lee.
Information collected
The site only collects information you choose to give it.
If you use the contact form, it records your name, email address, the topic of your inquiry, an optional firm name, and your message, so that Evelyn can respond. If you subscribe to the Practice Rebuilt newsletter, your email address and optional first name are sent to Kit, the service that manages and delivers it. If you submit a testimonial, the name, role, event, and words you provide are stored privately, and are only shown on the site if you grant permission and Evelyn approves them.
The site does not ask for sensitive personal information, and it does not sell or share your information with anyone for advertising.
How it is used
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for, or to display a testimonial you approved. Nothing more.
Services the site relies on
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses a few trusted services to function: Notion to store form submissions, Kit to manage the newsletter, and YouTube to display embedded talks. Videos load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you choose to play one. Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only the essential technology needed to load the pages is used. An embedded YouTube video may set cookies if you press play on it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can also ask what information the site holds about you, or ask to have it deleted, by getting in touch through the contact page.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
