30 Mar Evelyn Joins Savills Studley, Leading Their West Coast Workplace Team
Evelyn Lee, a licensed architect and expert in the field of workplace strategy, has been hired by commercial real estate firm Savills Studley as its corporate managing director of workplace strategy & analytics.
Workplace strategy refers to the alginment of an organization’s work patterns with its work environment as a way to increase employee productivity and reduce costs. Savills Studley, a New York-based firm who specalizes in tenant representation has positioned itself as a leader in the field with recent hires, including the addition of Lee to the company.
Lee will be based out of San Francisco and is responsible for building out the workplace strategy team’s presense on the West Coast in addition to meetin client needs.
“As companies are increasingly putting people first, we are seeing strong client demand for workplace strategy expertise in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and other west coast hubs,” said Steve Barker, who heads up the company’s San Francisco office in a statement. “Evelyn brings tothe firm a depth of experience and leadership in organizational strategy and analytics that will help our clients leverage their environments to serve and support the workforce of the future.”
Lee’s previous experience in creating new workplace environments span multiple industries and sectors and her previous clients include Mozilla, Stanford University, and the Nature Conservancy.
Prior to her current position, Lee ocntributed to the growth of the workplace strategy practice at architectural think tank MKThink, increasing the division’s revenue by three times.

Evelyn received her bacheolor’s degree in architecture from Drury University and earned her master’s of architecture degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Most recenlty, Evelyn earned both her Master of Public Administration and an M.B.A. in sustainability from the Presidio Graduate School.
